Coaching is a one-to-one space for people moving through change, challenge, or a season of growth — professionals carrying stress and transition, and individuals seeking a deeper, more sustained personal mindfulness practice. Together with Erin, we create the space to slow down, listen inward, and respond to life with more intention, clarity, and wisdom.

What's included
  • +Sessions of 1 to 1.5 hours, held once a week
  • +Minimum of 8 sessions, completed within three months
  • +Delivered online — join from wherever you are
  • +Between-session support, home practice, and learning resources provided
  • +Additional sessions beyond the minimum 8 can be arranged upon discussion with coach
