This Privacy Policy explains how XDG Labs Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us"), operator of mindfulmoments.sg on behalf of Erin Lee, collects and handles personal information. We aim to keep this straightforward and to collect only what we need.

• Contact form. When you write to us, we receive your name, email address, subject, and message so we can reply.
• Book orders. When you buy a book, we receive your name, email address, and postal address so we can process and ship the order. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
• Newsletter / mailing list. If you subscribe, we store your name and email so we can send you occasional updates from Erin. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to enquiries you send via the contact form.
• To process, fulfil, and ship book orders.
• To send newsletter or mailing-list emails you have subscribed to.
• To keep basic records of orders and correspondence.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

3. Service Providers

We rely on a small number of trusted third-party services to run the site, including:

• Website hosting and database infrastructure
• Payment processing for book orders
• Email delivery for the newsletter and order-related messages
• Singpost for shipping fulfilment

These providers only receive the information they need to perform their function and are expected to handle it in line with their own privacy and security obligations.

4. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, order records for accounting and warranty purposes, and mailing-list details until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold, including using reputable hosting and payment providers. No system connected to the internet can be guaranteed fully secure, but we work to reduce risk sensibly.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We use only the minimum cookies or local storage needed for the site to function (for example, remembering your consent choices or keeping you signed in where relevant). We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
