This website (mindfulmoments.sg) is operated by XDG Labs Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore, on behalf of Erin Lee ("Erin", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this site, purchasing a book, subscribing to the newsletter, or contacting us through the site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Use of the Site

The content on this site — including writing, photography, teachings, and resources — is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without prior written permission from Erin.

2. Coaching, Retreats & Services

Coaching sessions, retreats, and other services offered through this site are educational and reflective in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Specific booking terms (including deposits, cancellations, and rescheduling) are shared at the point of booking and form part of the agreement for that engagement.

3. Book Orders & Shipping

Books purchased through this site are dispatched from Singapore via Singpost shortly after payment is received. Delivery timelines depend on the destination and are outside our control once handed to the postal service.

4. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you have another concern, please write to Erin at erin@mindfulmoments.sg within a reasonable time and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All original writing, artwork, photography, teachings, and materials on this site remain the intellectual property of Erin Lee and XDG Labs Pte. Ltd., unless otherwise credited. You are welcome to share short quotes with attribution and a link back to this site.

7. Third-Party Links

This site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or accuracy of those third-party sites.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XDG Labs Pte. Ltd. and Erin Lee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, its content, or any product or service purchased through it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
